“Jielimishe Kwanza” –“Educate oneself first” in English translation, is a registered company operating as Social enterprise devoted to develop human potential and inspire action.
“Jielimishe Kwanza” –“Educate oneself first” in English translation, is a registered company operating as Social enterprise devoted to develop human potential and inspire action.
The venture involves number of disciplines and being the umbrella
of expertise cutting across environment, education, health, business,
economics, social entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, employment and poverty
alleviation issues, Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
In the beginning of its operation,
”Jielimishe Kwanza” started as a “blog” http://www.jielimishekwanza.blogspot.com to create community awareness on various issues of our
concern for the sake of Inspiration-this is so as we believe that “Inspiration
acts as fuel to start again with energy”. This blog is doing good till now,
being the 1st Runner up and The Best Inspirational Blog in
Tanzania-2013.
We specialize in life coaching,
people development, corporate and community training and Consultancy services.
Also, we incubate, nurture, motivate and encourage people to achieve their own
personal and professional fulfillment with positive attitude in life.
Our mission is to inspire, enrich and
empower people to improve their lives with socio-economic and environmental
shared value through seven (7) projects;
1.“Jielimishe Kwanza-Start Now” trainings,
2. open platform of “Tanzania Readers Club (TRC)”,
3.“Enviro-Forum”,
4.“Ide@Spot”,
Early, this year 2016, through “SEE-Tanzania” we’ve
got new partnership with Global network of Social entrepreneurs- “WeMotion
Network” that advocating social entrepreneurship in world. With“SEE-Tanzania” we
build capacity of young and aspiring entrepreneurs across Universities to
address Social and Environmental problems while alleviating a problem of
unemployment in Tanzania.
Currently, in early April 2016-April 2017, we’ve a joint project
on conservation of water bodies-“Save Life. Save Water ecology” -National campaign in
cities i.e. Dar es salaam, Tanga, Arusha, Mwanza and Mbeya. under EAT, “Enviro-Forum” and “SEE-Tanzania” with
other partners.

(SEE-Tanzania) and Environmental Activists in Tanzania projects driven by
our core SPICE values.
